What are your business hours?
We don’t have any. We make a point to be available 7 days a week within reasonable hours. We are on
the west coast, so just don’t call us at 7am if you’re on the east coast! Our normal call and email hours
are 7am to 9pm PST and weekends are fine too. How about that?

How can I sign up?
There are no online order forms or automated systems. Call 800-564-3988 and talk to us directly. We do
all the work, you just tell us what you want.

What are your prices?
Our prices vary based on current media and mail rates, along with any promotions we decide to run at
that point in time.  There are breaks you can earn for being with us for longer periods of time and you can
also get volume discounts by doing more business. We aren’t looking to retire off of a single order. In other words,

What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank wires. Sorry people, no personal or business checks, 1997 is < that way. All services are paid in advance and we deliver immediately.

How does TV lead billing work?
There’s really no catch. We don’t offer a qualification period or free minute with the client, we simply bill when the call is connected. If a representative answers, or a voicemail, or an auto attendant, you pay for the call. If a call is bogus, we will replace it. Tracking is provided by Kall8, which is an independent company that provides toll free number service.

How do we prove calls are bogus?
We record 100% of our calls in their entirety. We can listen to each and verify if you complain about a wrong number or someone calling about an unrelated service. We understand, nobody wants to pay for leads that suck.

How can I get access to our call logs or recorded calls?
We provide you with a FREE login, yes free. You have administrator access in your account to view all of the caller ID information like phone number, names, times & dates, and of course recorded conversations. You are in control.

Why are you guys so helpful?
Because we have worked on the sales side before we worked on the lead side. We know what good leads are, we know how to sell, and we understand it’s frustrating when your lead guy doesn’t answer the phone and leaves at 2pm on Fridays. We are not saying we are the best, we are just saying everyone else sucks.
